﷽
How is your Ramadan going? Mine is going way tooo fast and I think I am not the only one feeling this way! May Allah give us Laylatul Qadr! Allahumma Aameen! This is scary how fast time is flying because it is a sign of the end:
Anas ibn Malik reported: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said, “The Hour will not be established until time passes rapidly, such that a year is like a month, a month is like a week, a week is like a day, a day is like an hour, and an hour is like the flicker of a flame.”

May Allah put barakah in our time. Aameen!
I wanted to document the highlights of this Ramadan and wanted to share some with you.
✨ Top three weekly goals
Having just three main goals every week this Ramadan really helped me not to feel too overwhelmed. There is so much going on in Ramadan and everyone is doing a class, yet we can’t attend all of them and this Ramadan was a Ramadan where I had to study for exams as well so I really needed to simplify my goals. Yes I attended many classes but only had three goals every week to really work towards and that brought some tranquility. Definitely something I would want to do every Ramadan in shaa Allah. ✨Following and listening to the Tadabbur and Recitation of brother Iqbal:
This was nice because I could not do a Juzz a day this Ramadan, I was engaged with the Qur’an daily but mostly was focused on Baqarah, Ali Imran, Kahf and surah Az Zumar. Listening to his recitation and reflections for each juzz was really refreshing. Not sure if anyone else is doing something like this but I thought it was a great idea.
✨ Imam Ahmed’s Saturday and Sunday class for sisters kept me on my toes and pushed me to memorize a new du’a, learn some fiqh and learned for instance that I was not counting on my fingers correctly as per the Sunnah and was able to rectify it right away. Alhamdulillah.
✨ Listening to the Amazing Du’a class of Sr Taymiyyah Zubair. This one is a class I want to take my time to revisit after Ramadan. So many gems from it TabarakAllah!
✨ Tracing the Qur’an
I purchased a tracing Qur’an and this was really nice spending time listening to the recitation and Tafsir while tracing the words of my Maker. I have a long way to go but I am looking forward to spending more time tracing bi idhnillah.

✨ Tadabbur of suratul Kahf
This was a beautiful surprise. I thought I knew the surah already but spending extra time preparing for the lessons and reflecting with the sisters was truly eye opening TabarakAllah! The class is still available for self-study at this link.
What has been some of your highlights this Ramadan?
May we end this Ramadan on a strong note and may we be granted many more Ramadans Aameeen!!!
May we be among the forgiven and pardoned this Ramadan! Aameen!
Go ahead and do some good by sharing this post with anyone you think might benefit. 🤩
